• Once you begin the course, you will have 90 days to complete it, at which time the course will be deactivated.

EXAM (AT PEARSON VUE TESTING CENTER)

The ServSafe Manager Exam is available in English, Spanish, and Simplified Chinese, only in US locations. You will receive an acknowledgement email and further instructions directly from Pearson Vue.

Students will need to agree to and abide by Pearson Vue’s policies, which could include face masks, vaccination status, biometric check-ins, and more. 

Not agreeing to Pearson Vue’s policies does not entitle a purchaser to a refund. For specific requirements, please view Pearson VUE’s website.

Failed exams: If you do not pass your exam, you may schedule another exam following our Retesting policy. You must purchase another exam access code.

Retesting policy: ServSafe's retesting policy allows examinees two attempts within a 30-day period. If a third or fourth attempt is needed, a 60-day waiting period from the last attempt is required. A maximum of four attempts are permitted within a 12-month period.

Important note: If you do not show for your scheduled Pearson Vue exam session or need to reschedule your exam less than 24 hours before your scheduled session, you will have to pay a fee before you can reschedule.
