ServSafe Allergens Online Course and Exam

The new ServSafe Allergens Online Course and Exam provides comprehensive allergen training for anyone involved in food preparation, including back-of-house staff, managers, and culinary students. The exam can be taken immediately after completing the training.

This updated course now includes sesame seeds (recently added to the FDA's list of major food allergens, now totaling nine) and information on safely administering epinephrine in case of anaphylaxis.
